Return Policy

At TIMEEI, we strive to provide services that bring real value to every customer. We hope you’re satisfied with each purchase. However, if you’re not completely happy, certain items may be eligible for return. Please review our return policy below — we’re here to assist you every step of the way.

Returnable Items

The following items can be returned, refunded, or exchanged within the warranty* period:

  • Faulty items that are damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrival.
  • Items received in the incorrect size or color.

*Warranty: 1 year for Faucets and Lights & Lighting Category (excluding light bulbs), 30 days for all other items.

Items that can be returned, refunded, or exchanged within 7 days of receipt include:

  • Items that do not meet your expectations.
  • Items that are unwashed, unworn, unused, with tags intact and unaltered.

Note: For returns due to personal preference, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Return Conditions

For items without a quality issue, please ensure they are returned in unused condition with original packaging. All return requests must be authorized by our customer service team before being shipped to the designated return address. We are unable to process returns without a completed Product Return Form.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items returned after the 30-day warranty period.
  • Items that have been washed, worn, used, had tags removed, or have been misused.
  • Items in the categories listed below:
    • Made-to-order, made-to-measure, and customized products. (View full custom item policy)
    • Cosplay & Costumes
    • Ice Skating and Gymnastics gear
    • Electronics such as cell phones, tablets, laptops, 3D printers, and smart robots
    • Intimate apparel including bodysuits, lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear, and certain accessories (scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets excluded)
    • Clearance or disposable items

Before Making a Return Request

If your order is already in the shipping process, please wait until the package is delivered before submitting a return request. Due to the complexity of international shipping, including customs clearance and coordination with multiple carriers, we cannot interrupt deliveries once they’re in transit.

If you refuse delivery or fail to collect the package, our customer service team may be unable to determine the package status, and we will be unable to process your return request.

If the package is returned to our warehouse due to customer-related reasons, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment and collect reshipment postage. Please note that no refund will be issued in such cases.
Examples of customer-related reasons:
  • Incorrect address or no recipient available
  • Invalid contact information or unresponsive to delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept package, pay customs duty, or complete clearance
  • Failure to collect the package by the deadline

Return Address & Refunds

Return Address: All returns must be sent to our warehouse in China. Please contact us before returning any item to obtain the correct return form and address. Do not return items to the address on the original shipping label, as we cannot be held responsible if the package is returned to the wrong location.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your Alibaba Account. Please note that original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Note:

To initiate a return, please confirm that you have received the package by clicking "Order Received" in your account. Then submit a "Return or Exchange" ticket. Once approved, our Customer Service team will guide you through the process based on our policies and the evidence you provide.

Trackable Packages Inquiry Period

All shipping companies have time limits for accepting package inquiries. If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us within the applicable inquiry period:

  • Expedited Express: within 30 days of shipment
  • Expedited Postal / Priority Line / Economy Air: within 60 days of shipment
  • Postal Service - Tracking: within 90 days of shipment
